Choosing the right attorney to handle your divorce case is critically important. There are certainly many attorneys to choose from in the Jacksonville area. Our firm’s goal is to make the divorce process as painless as possible for our clients.

We find that our client’s are much happier when they can resolve their case at the negotiation table rather than in a courtroom. By offering options for quick resolution we hope to alleviate some of the stress related to the divorce.

We understand the trust that each client places with us when they retain our office to represent them. We treat each client and their case with the utmost care and respect.

When children are involved, we make every effort to keep them out of the divorce case. There is no reason (except in some very rare occasions) that children need to be put in the middle of a divorce between their parents.

We are fortunate that the great majority of our clients come from referrals from past clients and recommendations from other attorneys. This has allowed us to represent clients who come to the office knowing what type of representation to expect and we aim to deliver.

Although it is rare, not all of our divorce cases settle by voluntary settlement agreement or mediation. If settlement cannot be achieved then we will do what is necessary to prepare our client’s case for a contested final hearing. We will thoroughly prepare our client for final hearing and will take depositions, subpoena witnesses, prepare trial exhibits and research case law as the case may require.

If you have any questions about this post or would like more information about our qualifications, please feel free to contact us.
