Each party in a family law case is required to complete Mandatory Disclosure. The theory behind Mandatory Disclosure is to make sure that each party (and his/her attorney) has an understanding of the other party’s income, expenses, assets and liabilities.

I have attached a Mandatory Disclosure form (which includes instructions) for your review and completion*.
